The ONLY investment strategy that has really worked over the past year has been to buy the market on big selloffs, and then sell the market when you get big swings up. Despite some POSSIBLE positive developments coming out of Europe, an investment strategy cannot be based on hope. So for now, buy the dips and sell rips, take small profits. There is still no primary trend in place to attach your investment strategy to (except the one mentioned above!).
