According to the Wall Street Journal, the European Commission is planning to propose bank debt guarantees to troubled member countries of the EU and European banks. As I've discussed, we are at a crisis point where the eurozone leaders will be forced to address and stabilize the financial system before it gets significantly worse...time will tell when though. Until then, lets hope the Wall Street Journal report has some validity!
