TGIF - But It's A Cold And Ugly One

The U.S. markets have opened sharply lower this morning on the heels of continued weakness in overseas stock markets overnight.  While it's still early, the selloff in the markets is mainly due today by uncertainty regarding Emerging Market countries and the stability of their currencies (Turkey, Greece, etc).  I'm also noticing poor action in the financial sector, and as I've mentioned several times, as the banks go, so goes the overall market.  I'm currently not doing any buying or putting any money to work in the markets at this point yet, but at some point we will look to add to our existing mutual fund and stock investments and initiate new ones, just not yet.

In the meantime, thank God it's friday (although a little too cold for my taste)....
