Making Some Moves
After the Greek people voted against the financial bailout package yesterday, it appears that Greece is on the course to leave the European Union and the Euro currency and go back to having their own currency....this is probably the best situation for the country. Once this happens (if it in fact does), then this should be good for European stocks/mutual funds.
In other events, the Chinese stock market has been more volatile than any market I have ever seen. Over the past 2 weeks, the market has lost over 18% (and it was down another 8% over night!); While the stock market overthere has almost tripled over the past 2 years, the wild moves show that the market is out of control and b/c of that I am selling out of my Chinese Mutual Fund.
On any further weakness I'll be looking to add to my International/European Mutual Funds and possibly to my U.S. Large Cap and Small Cap Mutual Funds (Mid Cap Funds are not performing all that well).
Just an update.
